Yorkshire Puddings: Can you use Strong White Bread flour?

But to whoever you are, the answer is a big YES.
I’ve been using Strong White Bread Flour for years for my Yorkshire Puddings.
It gives the Yorkshire Puddings a crispy outside and top edge, whilst a perfect middle.
Here is the proof. My very own Yorkshire Pudding, made with Strong White Bread Flour.
So “YES YES”you can.
