“Loose Birds & Game” won the prestigious Silver Medal for Best Cookbook in the World from the Gourmand World Cookbook Awards in Paris last night. This is the second book from the team of writer and chef, Andrew Pern and designer, Anthony Hodgson to win the coveted Silver Medal, their first book being “Black Pudding & Foie Gras” in 2009. Congratulations to Andrew, and big hugs to Anthony (I’m his mum).
